Every single member of our team is employed under strict ‘Safer Recruitment’ practices and holds clear enhanced DBS checks updated annually. All our staff hold full Paediatric First Aid qualifications and participates in continuous professional development to ensure their early years knowledge remain second to none

Care and the Key Person Approach

A dedicated match: Your child is allocated a specific Key Person who takes primary responsibility for their well-being, tailoring daily care to their individual interests.

Daily partnership: your key person will liaise with you directly at the end of each day keeping you connected to your child’s daily experiences.

Capturing memories: from milestones to outdoor discoveries our staff track every special moment, beautifully preserved in your child’s unique memory book enabling you to look over your child’s time at James Farm for years to come.
